Smoke Free Delhi means that everyone is protected in Delhi from hazards of tobacco smoke in all enclosed public places
Vision Ensuring a healthier environment in Delhi, so that everyone can socialise, relax, travel, shop and work free from secondhand smoke.

  • Tobacco use is the major cause of Death, diseases and disability in the world.
  • Almost half of the world’s children breathe air,polluted by tobacco smoke.
  • More than 80% of the world’s smokers live in low and middle-income countries.
  • In India 5 million child smoke regularly, with 550000 children taking up regular tobacco use every year.
